| 内容記述 | 日本の箏と朝鮮半島の伽倻琴は、楽器分類学上においても、社会的位置づけや奏法などにおいても多くの共通点を持っている。またどちらも近年は初等教育や中等教育の中で伝統音楽が扱われることが増え、奏者の活動の場も増えたかのように見えるが、伝統音楽奏者を取り巻く様子は日韓ともに楽観視できないのが現状である。 本論文では、韓国の伝統音楽「国楽」のオーケストラ団員へのアンケート調査と中堅国楽奏者へのヒアリングを通して、国楽奏者の音楽環境を調査し、伝統音楽の奏者としての現状と国楽に対する考え方をまとめた。 |

| 内容記述 | The Japanese Koto and the Korean Gayageum are not only similar in the method with which the techniques used to play them, but also in other ways, such as their roles in society. In recent years, both instruments have been increasingly used to teach traditional music at both the elementary school and junior high school levels, and the number of places for instrumentalists to play and perform also seems to be increasing. However, the present situation with regard to traditional music performance in both Japan and Korea is not one of optimism, with very few job opportunities for performers and human relationships often causing problems in the traditional music world. In this article, I will examine the environment in which players of traditional Korean music find themselves. To achieve this, I will use two main methods of research. The first method is to analyze the results of a questionnaire given to members of a Gugak orchestra. The second method is to draw upon interviews with two traditional Korean music professionals: a professional Gayageum player, and a conductor of a Gugak orchestra. |
