| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、2020 年度前期から2021 年度前期（3 つのセメスター）までに行ってきた「指導法」について、学び合いの有効性に着目して整理することにある。このことにより、補習「教職ピアノ」の今後の方向性を考察したい。 2 人の「指導法」に共通することは、「学び合い・育ち合う集団づくり」に重点を置いていたことである。具体的には、下記の「指導法」が効果的だったことが考察される。①1 組5 人以下の少人数制で進めること、②ペア指導やグループ指導、模擬試験の場で必ず発言し合う場を設けること、③振り返りを文章で書かせること、④①～③までの一連の活動や流れは、お互いの良さを認め合える雰囲気の中で培うこと。 今後の課題は、マニュアルの作成と授業化の検討である。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to summarize the “Teaching Method” which is conducted from the first semester class of 2020 to the first semester class of 2021(three semesters), with focusing on the effectiveness of learn from each other. We would find the future direction of supplementary class “Piano for Teachers” based on its outcome. It became clear that the two “Teaching Method” put the emphasis on “Creating a Group to Learn from each other and grow together” in common. Specifically, considered the following “Teaching Method” would be effective. (1) make up a class with a small group of 5 people or less per group. (2) create an opportunity to give their opinion each other in pair or group guidance, and a practice exam. (3) have students write their reflection in sentence. (4) the actions or steps (1) to (3) should be cultivated in an atmosphere where students can acknowledge each other strengths. Future task is to consider creating a manual and making a class. |
